The state government run State Institute of Rural Development(SIRD) was packed with panchayat representatives from across Jharkhand.They had gathered there under "Sarkar Aap Ke Dwar' programme organised by the state Rural Development Department(RDD) to use master trainer train panchayat representatives so that they can run and manage panchayat secretariat in the state.  

In fact,RRD organised two-day Master Trainer Training programme.Its aim was to make a Master Trainer train and create Master Trainers who will return to their respective villages and train their own selected representatives to run and maintain panchayat secretariat.

After the two-day training programme was inaugurated,Jharkhand Additional Chief Secretary cum incharge of RRD,NN Sinha told panchayat representatives that the state government has been carrying 'Sarkar Aap Ke Dwar' programme to make available development schemes reach every home at ground zero.

In brief,Sinha made three  important observations and directives:

1.Panchayat officer should put up panchahayt calender in his/her area.

2.Panchayat Sevak should do work as a service provider.

3.Panchayat Sevak should inspect incomplete/slip back sochalaya(toilet)and get it constructed.
