No joke,new research shows that people keeping a gratitude diary sleep better and have more good moods and a stronger sense of connection to others.
‘When you think about it,you realize people are looking out for you”,says a study conducted by an American psychologist Michael McCullough in an article published in the
Reader’s Digest,August,2012.”It’s a form of social support,which helps your body and mind fit.”
In view of his findings,McCullough has a suggestion:spend a few minutes daily recalling and writing who did what for you or reflecting on five things you are thankful for.
