While reviewing the works connected with implementation of the development plans of the current fiscal(2016-17),Jharkhand Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma on Monday directed different Departments to activate the process to prepare Detail Project Reports of various development schemes.

“Ensure that not one district lacked a new Secretariat building and the construction work of the Secretariat buildings of the new districts proceed on a priority basis”,directed the CS.

The CS informed that against the expenditure of 9.07 percent of the annual state plan outlay in the first quarter of 2015-16,the expenditure of the same had gone up to 15.06 percent in the first quarter of 2016-17.

Her other directives were:

*The training to be provided to staff and nurses of the Palliative care should be linked to skill development.

*Make use of solar power for water supply system in villages.

*NGOs to run schools for deaf and dumb students.

*Prepare the work-plan for collection of Dhan(Rice).
