Jharkhand Governor Droupadi Murmu on Saturday observed that health and nutrition of the women,girl child and children are a sensitive issue.

She called upon the concerned state government departments,non government organisations and the media agencies to involve themselves for the cause and play a constructive role for the women,girl child and children’s health,nutrition and cleanliness..

“At the same time,to insure a ‘Better Jharkhand,Healthy Jharkhand’,Panchayat representatives and workers,in addition to women and self help Groups have to be committed to perform and attain the goal”,opined the Governor while addressing the IAS Officers’ Wives Association organised workshop on ‘ Health,Nutrition and Cleanliness’ at Aryabhatt Auditorium in Ranchi on Saturday.
