Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has come up with yet another plan.This time the plan aims to mobilise youth and link them with agriculture in the state.

Billed as ‘Attracting Rural Youth in Agriculture'(ARYA),the plan aims to train youth through the government skill development scheme.To do so,the state agriculture department plans to mobilise 65,000 youth across the state.

At the very outset,they will be trained to turn the land for agriculture,says the CM.”This will create 8-10 lakh hectares of agriculture land.The cultivation of pulse will given priority and efforts will be made to make farmers cultivate their land atleast twice every week”,said a press release from the agriculture department on Friday.

“The CM Raghubar Das has made an innovative move to bring green revolution.Toward the same end,the plan ARYA was launched”,said the press release.

Incidentally,the CM has launched a number of mind boggling plans including developing Patratu as Switzerland and IT hub in Hatia,Ranchi.
