Jharkhand Board (JAC) Class 10/Matric result 2016 was declared today at 3 PM. Students can check their results on jac.nic.in and jharresults.nic.in.

This year Class 10 exams were taken by around 4.75 lakh students at 932 centres and 3.21 lakh students wrote the Class 12 exams in 459 centres. Both the examinations began on February 17.

In 2015, Jharkhand was the first state to declare the board results. Around 4.5 lakh Class 10 students and three lakh Class 12 students took the exams last year.

Follow these steps to check your results
1: Access the official websites: jac.nic.in and jharresults.nic.in

2: Enter your details such as roll number and other required details in the respected fields.

3: Click on ‘Submit’

4: Your results will be flashed on the screen.

A message for students:

The most important thing we want you to remember is that, if result goes your way, then it’s extremely good, but if things don’t go your way, remember, there are always options open to you. Sometimes, the best opportunities come out of life’s unexpected twists and turns.

If you did as well as you wanted, then celebrate. If you feel you could have done much better, there are many ways to improve your performance. Remember, your results do not define who you are or how valuable you are as a person. They are a marker of one day’s performance in your life.
Stay calm. Remember that while your exam results are important, you always have additional options. You might be able to retake the exam.

The State of Jharkhand came into existence on the 15th of November,2000 . An Act to establish the Jharkhand Academic Council was enacted by the Jharkhand State Legislature and assented to by the Governor of the State on 26.12.2003, which was known as Jharkhand Academic Council Act 02.7.2003.
