Ranchi based Taurian World School has announced a 2- year scholarship program worth Rs 1 crore for students seeking admission in Class XI.

The move appears to gain popularity among the meritorius students and provide them quality education.

As pre its programme,the scholarship holder is to get hundred percent of their tuition fee.It is to be paid for,in order to qualify for the scholarship, students who are expected to fit into certain parameters and also apear in a written entrance test to be conducted by the school inside its premise on April 6.

With limited number of seats, students appearing for the entrance exams are expected to demonstrate academic potentials and leadership qualities as well as confirm to the eligibility criteria to bag the place as a nominee for the scholarship awards.

The Scholarship will be provided only on annual tuition fee while all other fees will have to be paid as per prevailing school fee payment rules.

The Scholarship Award will be granted as part of TWS’s inclusive education program which plans to divide students into 3 categories based on their minimum percentage of marks and attendance.

The result of evaluation will determine the monetary benefits to the students that range between 50 thousand to 1 lakh. The requirements for availing scholarship in class XI for internal and external students will be based on the same rules and guidelines.

On declaration of final board results of Class X and on submission of attested copy of Class X mark sheet, scholarship for the students will be confirmed.

In addition to this, there is also a facility for students who wish to continue avail the scholarship in class XII, following their scholarship award in Class XI.

For those who do not qualify for the scholarship in class XI but improve their performance in class XI annual examination will be entitled to avail the scholarship equivalent to the category mentioned in the criteria”,said a report.
