While inaugurating the Kite Festival in Ranchi today Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das opined that manufacturing of kites can be made through a cottage industry.’This can benefit the poor people”,said the CM.

The festival was billed as NAMO(meaning Narendra Modi) Kite festival.”Festival generates a new energy and ends monotony caused by the daily works”,said Das.

Das suggested that the Kite festival should be celebrated in every nook and corner of Jharkhand so that more kites are manufactured and sold by the poor people.”This can provide employment to many youths”,he opined.
