Come the new year and Jharkhand will get a new institution-Land Bank.This land bank is slated to be inaugurated by Chief Minister Raghubar Das on January 5,2016.

‘The Land bank is the need of the hour.It is going to identify,select,store and make available land to the buyers”,said the Minister.

Giving details of this programme of the state government,
Jharkhand Minister of Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms, Tourism,Art, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs Amar Kumar Bauri told media persons inside the Suchna Bhawan in Ranchi that the CM will inaugurate the Land Bank on January 5,2016.

Bauri,who was accompanied by senior officials of his Ministry claimed that during the first year of its tenure,his Ministry has made a major achivement by insuring that the prestigious -Asian Atheletic Tournament 2017-will be held in the state and Jharkhand is slated to be its host.”A decision to select Jharkhand as its host was already taken”,said the Minister.
