Jharkhand’s popular leader and former Chief Minister Arjun Munda today flagged off two Jharkhand disabled cricket teams going to participate in the 10th National Cricket Tournament of Persons with Disability.

This tournament is slated to take place in Lucknow on December 3-5.

In a meeting held inside his official residence,Munda offered them a bouquet of flowers and gained the resume and background of these cricket players who suffered from disability.

Addressing them,Munda said that challenge was there in every phase of life and no body should get bogged down by it.He appealed to the concerned authorities in the state government to make Vivekanand Yojna more useful and effective for the persons with disability.

‘Both during their sorrow and happiness,I will always be there with disabled persons”,said the ex CM,who was a popular leader among the people in Jharkhand.

During the meeting,Sangh’s Secretary Aftab Jamil and President Jitendra Singh honoured Munda by handing over to him a shawl.Both Jamil and Singh informed him about the achievements of their organisation.The ruling BJP’s spokesperson Amrit Singh Kale,Gama Singh and Munda’s wife Meera were present in the meeting.
