Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu today inaugurated the 4th Youth Festival at Karim City College,Jamshedpur.Encouraging students, she opined that the need of the hour is to provide friendly environment for the youth so that they can do their best for the humanity.She observed that there were three types of youth.One,it comprises of youth in the making.They were children.Two,ex youth who had turned old.And three,youth.All of them hold quality to transform society and make it updated.

"This youth power has to be utilised in a positive manner for all round development of the country",said the Governor.

The Youth Festival is being participated by over 500 students of the Karim City.
