By registering a new case against Abhijeet group chairman Manoj Jaiswal today,the CBI has taken a lid out of the coal scam again.

Jaiswal whose company is based in Jharkhand,was interrogated by the CBI in connection with its probe into the coal block allocation scam.

Jaiswal,who figures as accused in three cases of the coal scam, is alleged to have misrepresented facts in his company’s application seeking the coal block.
