Ex-Chief Secretary of Bihar Anjani Kumar Singh got relief from judiciary today when the Jharkhand High Court Justice Apresh Kumar dismissed the CBI's order making him an accused in the fodder scam case. The case involves the illegal withdrawal of fund from the treasury in Dumka where he was its Deputy Commissioner.
