The cops were up in arms in Jharkhand. In all, nearly 70,000 police personnel-Inspector down Class IV staff of the state police wore black badges on their shirt to mark protest against the state government and demanding their long pending demands including hike in monthly wages. They will continue to protest by showing black badges till February 14.
