Lalu Yadav,who is undergoing imprisonment in fodder scam cases,has failed to get bail.Jharkhand High Court has posted hearing his case on July 5.This happened after the CBI's lawyer opposed his bail petition in the Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh's court.
