A meeting of the Panchayat representatives from different Panchayats in South Chotanagpur Division of Jharkhand was held at Jawahar Lal stadium in Dhurva,Ranchi.The CM Raghubar Das inaugurated it and while announcing that 2.22 lakh houses are planned to be made under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna,he informed that each one of them will be given one smart mobile phone by the state government
