Jamshedpur based Puja Singh is going to be the lead actress in the coming film-Sonachand.

Puja is supposed to play the role of Rainuka,who is the girl friend of Sonachand’s brother Niral.In absence of Niral,Renuka together with Sonachand struggle against injustice.

Earlier,the role of Renuka was to be played by famous Marathi actress Usha Jadav.Hoever,since she could not approve the schedule dates of its shooting,Puja Singh got the offer only to accept it.

The shooting of the film is slated to start in Ranchi on March 20,informed Vandana Tete,Producer.c
