The Jury for the 71st National Film Awards announced the winners for the year 2023 today.
Ahead of this announcement, Shri Ashutosh Gowarikar, Chairperson of the Feature Film Jury, Shri P. Sheshadri, Chairperson of the Non-Feature Film Jury, Dr Ajay Nagabhushan MN, JS (Films), presented the list of award winners of the 71st National Film Awards for the year 2023.
Ms. Mattu J P Singh, Director General, PIB, was also present at the occasion. This year, the awards received a total of 332 feature film entries, 115 non-feature film entries, 27 book entries, and 16 critics' entries.
