Top doctors have written a letter to all  Branch Presidents/Secretary/Executive members of IMA Jharkhand seeking protective gear to fight against Coronavirus. 

Respected Sir,

We would like to draw your kind attention to the present scenario of Jharkhand in the case of COVID19.

We felt that most of our colleagues working in different hospitals/nursing homes are working round the clock without any protective gear.

The entire screening process is being performed by doctors and paramedics who are poorly equipped with protective gear.

God forbid if the infection permeates in examining your doctors, then you can very well imagine the outcome.

Now it is high time for our safety, we have to manage all of our own.

We suggest all branches to start with the collection of funds by a contribution from their own members or some donors for the purchase of Personal Protective Equipments.

Please start collecting funds in your branches and arrange for the PPE Kits and other personal safety materials for your members and Paramedical staff in your districts."SAFETY FIRST-- SAFETY ALWAYS"
