The programme is slated to be attended by Sunil Barnwal, Secretary to the Chief Minister; D K Tiwari, Development Commissioner; Secretaries of the Department of WCD, Education, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj among others.
UNICEF Representative in India, Dr. Yasmin Ali Haque will also join, along with Dr. Madhulika Jonathan, Chief of UNICEF Jharkhand.
