The Jharkhand High Court has deferred the bail plea of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Dumka treasury case of the fodder scam to February 5.
 As soon as the case came up for hearing Justice Amaresh Kumar Singh said since the documents submitted on his behalf did not reach him on time, so the matter will be heard next week.

The senior leader was convicted and was undergoing imprisonment on health ground at AIIMS, since last week after the deterioration in his health at Ranchi based hospital RIMS.
