A day after former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's arrest, sources within the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) said 43 MLAs are in Champai Soren's support and that Jharkhand coalition MLAs were likely to be flown to Hyderabad.

Hemant Soren was arrested soon after he resigned as the Chief Minister. Further, his party loyalist and state transport minister Champai Soren was named as his successor.

Earlier on Wednesday, Hemant Soren lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against ED personnel over searches conducted by the agency at his Delhi residence on Monday.

In the FIR, Soren alleged the probe agency conducted the search to "harass and malign him and his entire community." Right now the ED along with accused Soren is in the PMLA court seeking his remand. It’s a developing story to be posted later. Wait for the next story
