Online bidding for coal is an old story.The latest is the online auction of a hand painted Tata Nano.

In fact,a statement released by the Kochi Biennale Foundation (KBF) said that a Tata Nano was hand painted by artist Bose Krishnamachari at the Kochi Muziris Biennale that was held there on December 12,2012 and March 13,2013.It is going to be auctioned online on Monday.

A report said the 24 hour long online bidding is slated to start on www.saffronart.com at 8 p.m.tonight The minimum bid allowed is Rs. 100,said the KBF statement.

“The serene white car titled ‘Maximum Nano’ was turned into a canvas by the 50 year old biennale co-curator at the 96 day art festival that showcased works of over 90 artists from India and abroad”,said an IANS report..
