In line with the “Mission Swachh Bharat” a programme was organised today in the morning in Ranchi at 02- shop of Foundry Forge Plant.

Kusal Saha, Director (Production) inaugurated the programme and said that cleanliness and good house-keeping ensures safe and healthy life to working personnel and plant machineries.

He said Mahatma Gandhi not only preached the principles of cleanliness but also practiced in his daily life. The message “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” is very much relevant in our factory life, he added.

He nominated 11 managerial staff members to organize the drive further. He set an example by cleaning the road and plant surroundings himself. All teams consisting of men and women, employees and contract workers, CISF and medical personnel participated actively in the cleaning drive.

Saha appreciated the efforts of all the care-taking and cleaning personnel who maintain the upkeep of the plant and advised all the participating personnel not to litter waste and garbage as a token of respect to everyday toiling of house-keeping personnel.

Dr. A.K. Dash, General Manager and Shri S.K. Shrivastava Dy. Commandant, CISF along with employees of FFP took part in the cleaning drive.
