With new Chief Minister Raghubar Das saying the assembly election mandate is for stability and development, people are all set to make the new year celebrations a memorable one.
A glimpse of this feeling is visible on the eve of new year in the state capital. The residents of Ranchi are busy making arrangements for celebrations. Places like Birsa Munda zoological park, rock garden, nakshatra van and various other spots are getting visitors in larger numbers.
The hotels and clubs in Ranchi too have made special arrangements with many having roped in belle dancers and rock bands to entertain the customers.
