Chief Minister Raghubar Das has said that the state government is committed to implement the basic principles of ‘Cooperative Federalism’ of NITI Aayog.

He has told NITI Aayog member Vivek Devroy that the state government was already in the process of prioritizing necessities of Jharkhand and implementing them.

The Chief Minister welcomed the cooperation of NITI Aayog for the implementation of better health, education and nutrition.

Das said that the government is working on the policy of economic inclusion for implementing long and short term programs.

He sought NITI Aayog’s cooperation for making a knowledge city at Khunti and medical college at Chaibasa.

Devroy reportedly assured Das that NITI Aayog would act as a think tank for Jharkhand and provide experts for the implementation of schemes at rural level.
