First International Film Festival for the Persons with Disabilities (IFFPD) will be held in the national Capital from December 1 to 3.
Announcing this today, Lov Verma , Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, said, ”The festival is organized to recognize the spirit of persons with disabilities and will showcase cinemas that open our world to their mind space, and sensitise on issue relating to disabilities.
