Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Tuesday released balloons during inaugural ceremony of ‘save water and plant saplings’ campign inside Project Bhawan in Ranchi on Tuesday.

The event took place two days after the CM had administered oath to partymen and cabinet ministers on Green campaign in presence of Union Home Minister Raj Nath in Ranchi on Sunday.

The campaign was launched ahead of the month long plantation of one crore saplings scheduled to begin on July 1.
Appealing to save every drop of rain, conserve water and save electricity, Das said environment was a matter for concern and its imbalance was seen clearly.
