While interacting through video conference with MPs and MLAs of Santhal Pargana Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed opinion that social policing is need of the hour.

The video conference was held inside Project Bhawan in Ranchi on Tuesday,

The Chief Ministe said that there is a need to establish a system of social policing in the state. For this, the work of connecting social people like Manki, Munda, Parganait, Gram Pradhan etc. should be done. 

The benefit of social policing system will be available in the current time and even after lockdown ends, said the CM.

Talking about labourers who will come to Jharkhand after Centre allowed them today, he said cooperation of these people in the supervision and quarantine system will prove decisive. 

He said that with the establishment of social policing system, it would be convenient to coordinate many important works such as rehabilitating these migrant labourers.

The Chief Minister informed that he had a conversation with Piyush Goyal, Union Railway Minister today. 

The Chief Minister said that he has requested the Union Railway Minister that if the Central Government provides the guidelines to bring the students and laborers of the state back, then the special train will also be required by the Jharkhand government. 

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is following the guidelines of the Central Government in bringing the migrant laborers and students stranded in other states, and no law is being violated.

The Chief Minister said that the government is sensitive towards migrant laborers. "The state government is constantly trying to provide financial assistance to the migrant laborers.The government is working day and night to verify the registered laborers so that all migrant laborers get financial assistance",he said.

The Chief Minister instructed the MPs and MLAs of Santal Pargana to implement the lockdown strictly in their areas. The Chief Minister said that the public representatives should ban the movement of people in their respective areas. Keep a close watch on the movement of the people and shift them to quarantine centers. The Chief Minister instructed the MLAs of Santal Pargana to ensure that no one in their area goes hungry.

Interacting with Shri Sunil Soren MP Dumka, the Chief Minister said that 300 ventilators have been demanded by the State Government from the Central Government, Dumka district will also be given ventilators when cosignment arrives and very soon a new lab will also be established in the district.
