This is what is a reality. All advocates across the country have welcomed the move. They are expected to join the Allahabad High Court on Monday.

Already, in exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution of India, the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, was pleased to S/Shri (i) Amitabh Kumar Rai and (ii)  Rajiv Lochan Shukla, Advocates as Judges of the Allahabad High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices, said a press release on Saturday.

Today, Advocates Associations’s leaders welcomed the initiative of the CJI led Collegium’s decision to get 
Shri (i) Amitabh Kumar Rai and (ii)  Rajiv Lochan Shukla become honourable judges.
