Contrast is too visible to be missed. In Delhi on November 10,2025 at 7 am,AQI was 493. It  is considered (Air Quality) as “ Hazardous” for lungs and heart.

The leafs on plants across the Delhi city were wrapped with thick layers of dust powder.

*Vidible Half Moon( five days after Kartik Purnima on November 5,2025) in middle of green leaves of green trees inside Jharkhand Civil Service Officers Institute, Ranchi at 7 am on November 10,2025.

Geography of Ranchi is that it is situated on the southern part of the Chota Nagpur plateau, which is the eastern extent of the Deccan plateau. The city has a hilly topography, dense tropical forests, and is known as the "City of Waterfalls" due to the numerous waterfalls in its vicinity. Its average elevation is 651 meters (2,136 feet) above sea level.

Against this backdrop of difference between the national capital and the capital city of Jharkhand, a Jharkhand based environmentalist Sudhir Pal has written a letter dated November 9,2025 to President of India, Droupadi Murmu requesting her to intervene and rescue the residents of Delhi from its “hazardous” and “ dangerous” environment and by rehabilitate them in green cities such as Ranchi.

Note: Delhi must launch war on pollution: ban movement of heavy vehicles, follow centralized power, strict enforcement, transparency, and investment in clean earth scheme by planting more trees and cover every inch of soil on earth surface by placing over it crushed stones.Jharkhand must not ignore these measures before it is too late.
