Ranchi: The National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, inaugurated its much-awaited annual cultural fest, “Yuventas 2025,” with a vibrant and colourful ceremony today. The fest is organised every year by the University’s Cultural Club.

The event was graced by Mr. Shekhar Jamuar, IAS, Director of Sports, Government of Jharkhand, who officially declared the fest open. He was warmly welcomed by Professor (Dr.) Ashok Patil, Vice-Chancellor, NUSRL. In his address, the Vice-Chancellor emphasised the importance of cultural activities in strengthening the academic atmosphere and fostering the holistic growth of students.

While inaugurating the fest, Mr. Jamuar encouraged students to embrace creativity, teamwork, and cultural expression. He also highlighted the richness of Jharkhand's cultural heritage and its significance in contemporary society, extending his best wishes to all participants.

The inaugural ceremony featured an engaging cultural performance by NUSRL students, including a captivating dance presentation on the popular Jharkhand folk song “Jharkhand Kar Kora.” This was followed by a series of impressive performances across various categories.

The valedictory ceremony of Yuventas 2025 will be held on 23 November. Notably, this annual event witnesses participation from several universities and colleges across Ranchi, providing a platform for students to showcase their talent.
