Preparations are in full swing for the three- day visit of President Droupadi Murmu, who is scheduled to come to Ranchi, stay at the Governor’s House on December 28, only to take a chopper flight to participate in public programmes in Janshedpur and Gumla on December 29 and 30, respectively.

At the Governor’s House in Ranchi, President Murmu, who stayed there inside as Governor of Jharkhand from May 18, 2015, to July 12, 2021, will be attracted by a change visible on top of the entry gate. 

The “Raj Bhawan,” where she will stay for two nights to cover her official tours by chopper to two separate district areas of Jamshedpur and Gumla, has been replaced with “Lok Bhawan.” 

Officially, the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, will leave New Delhi to visit Goa, Karnataka, and Jharkhand from December 27 to 30, 2025.

She will leave for Goa in the evening of December 27.

On December 28, the President will take a sea sortie in a submarine from Karwar Harbour, Karnataka.

On December 29, the President will grace the centenary celebrations of Ol Chiki at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.  On the same day, she will also address the 15th convocation ceremony of NIT, Jamshedpur.

On December 30, the President will address an Antarrajyiy Jansanskritik Samagam Samaroh – Kartik Jatra at Gumla, Jharkhand.
