Jharkhand Seafarer Assocciation on Sunday observed International Seafarer Day 2016 at Landmark hotel in Ranchi.On the occasion Devashish talked about the excellent job done by the sea farers and the challenges lying before them.Nearly 60 sea officers took part in the programme.
The United Nations has declared the International Seafarer Day as the Day of Seafarer with the goal of highlighting just how important seafarers are to everyone on the planet,as they transport all over the world those vital items,commodities and components which are so vital to all people in their daily lives.
During the programme,Captain Manoj Singh,Captain B.P.Singh,Nilmani Jha,Varun Sharma,Sandip Singh and Rajendra Bhagat highlighted the role of the shipping industry in moving towards the international agenda, sea life struggle,international rules and regulations and human resources.
