India Post has launched new premium Speed Post services — 24 Speed Post, 24 Speed Post Parcel, and 48 Speed Post — during a webinar organised at Ranchi GPO.
This was on Tuesday( March 17,2026).These services aim to provide faster, secure, and time-bound delivery solutions to customers. Under 24 Speed Post, next-day (D+1) delivery will be ensured in selected cities.
The 24 Speed Post Parcel service is designed for quick and secure parcel delivery, while 48 Speed Post guarantees delivery within 48 hours (D+2) across a wider network.
The services offer several advanced features such as OTP-based secure delivery, real-time tracking, SMS alerts, and a money-back guarantee in case of delays. These initiatives will benefit both individual and business customers.
On this occasion, Senior Postmaster Shri Dewakar Prasad said,“These new services are a significant step towards providing faster, reliable, and customer-centric delivery solutions. India Post remains committed to modernizing its services in line with evolving customer needs.”
Participants appreciated the initiative and showed keen interest during the webinar.
