A day after the police-villagers battle,the police booked Jharkhand Vikas Morcha MLA Pradeep Yadav in Godda.The FIR filed by the police against Yadav among 12 persons accuses them of causing violence and attack on the police leading to violence causing pelting of stones on cops and lathi charge by the police against thee Adani Power Plant in Godda on Sunday.

As per the FIR,Yadav among 12 accused were accused of the crime committed under various Sections of the IPC including 147,148,149, 323, 307, 337, 333, 353,109 and 120.The incident of violence resulting in the injury of the Dy.SP baban Singh whose head was hit took place in Motiya village in Godda
