One woman turned dead and nearly 35 other women were injured after a truck carrying them met with an accident at a site located between Rahe and Sonahatu in Ranchi district today.  

All of these injured women were brought to RIMS hospital in Ranchi where one was brought 'dead',said the police.Incidentally,all of them were travelling to carry their once in 12 year held -Jani Shikar,a festival when tribal women kill chickens and roosters.
