The topper of UPSC Civil Services Exams 2021 is Subham Kumar, a resident of Bihar. 

He made it in his third attempt. “ After the second attempt in 2019,I got the 290 th rank, and then I got into the Indian Defence Account Service”, Subham tweeted.

Incidentally, among the top ten rank holders in the UPSC Civil Services Examinations 2021, Bihar stands at the top with success number standing at 3( see the picture).

Next is UP with 2. Rest other states -MP, Haryana,Kerala, Gujarat and Jharkhand - 1 each.
