With the mercury touching 40 degree celcius today,Ranchi is feeling the heat.Directed by the district administration,the schools were asked to hold Classes in the morning between 6.30 A.M and 11 A.M.

This directive issued by the Ranchi District Education Officer was circulated among the heads of all government and private schools(Nursery upto Class II),affiliated by the ICSE and CBSE.

The schools have been asked to follow this routine with effect from May 4.

In case,any school fails to follow this directive,the state administration can initiate action against its management.
