The National Human Rights Commission, *NHRC - India delegation led by its Chairperson, Mr. Justice Arun Mishra, comprising Members and senior officers, is visiting Ranchi, Jharkhand w.e.f 16th to 18th August 2022.

They will be holding an Open Hearing and Camp Sitting of the cases of human rights violations in Jharkhand at Jharkhand Judicial Academy on 16th August and brief the media at the same venue from 4:45 p.m to 5:45 p.m.

On 17th August, they will visit Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Sciences, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand, and Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi.

On 18th August 2022, the NHRC, in collaboration with the Jharkhand Government, will organize a workshop on the issues and challenges being faced by these institutions.

The media persons have been invited to cover the event connected with the violation of human rights.
