Responding to the FIR lodged against him and eight others in Deoghar on Friday, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey today lodged a complaint cum FIR against Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, IAS.
In his tweet today Dubey informed, “country is run by rule of law. Against Deoghar DC a complaint has been filed and FIR registered at Delhi police station on charges of 124b,353,120b,441,448,201,506 and 2/2 of the official secret Act.”
On Friday, Dubey and eight other BJP leaders who had visited Dumka and met the parents of deceased minor girl Ankita who was allegedly set on fire causing her death by a boy named Shahrukh who was arrested and jailed were booked by Deoghar Dy.SP Suman Anan on charges of forcing officials at Deoghar airport in Jharkhand to clear their charted flight for take-off at night on Friday.
And the same night though they took the clearance and flew to Delhi, Dubey got into a Twitter spat with Deogarh Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, who said the BJP leader( Dubey) and others “breached national security” by bypassing safety regulations and forcibly getting clearance for the flight.”
