Even though Chief Minister Hemant Soren has won the trust vote on the floor of the Assembly, all eyes are on the decision of Governor Ramesh Bais on the office of profit case.

While Soren has shown his strength by gaining 48 votes of MLAs in 81 member Assembly on Monday, Governor Ramesh Bais has remained mum.

Reports say Governor Bais is in Delhi since September 2 when he flew from Ranchi and landed in the national capital.

The Election Commission had sent him its sealed letter to Governor Bais on its observations in connection with the office of profit case related to stone mining lease CM Hemant Soren who had gained it.

This was admitted by Governor Ramesh Bais who had pointed out that he is taking legal advice on the issue. Till date, whether or not he who had parked himself in Delhi for almost a week, has taken the legal advice is not known.
