Mumbai is in the news with 101-year old out to participate in the Standard Charted Mumbai Marathon on Sunday.

Fauja Singh has a number of records.When he was 94,he retired from marathon running as the oldest marathoner in the world.Now,he is participating in the senior citizens’ section(4.3km) of the race.

Fauza is frail,tall,white-bearded Sikh.After he left his home town near Jallandhar-Pathankot Road in 1992 for London,he hit the headlines and became a legendary old Sikh marathoner.
