Another minor Dalit girl was kidnapped and raped in a village near Bardiya of Garhwa district in Jharkhand.

As per the statement of the victim, the accused belonged to the minority Muslim community and was identified as Irshad Khan.

In her statement given to the police, Irshad came to her house with a friend by a bike and took her away.On way, both made her snuff and when she turned conscious she found herself in a room.

“Later,Irshad raped me several times and threatened to kill her family if I disclosed anything”, she has stated in her complaint.

Two days later, she reportedly learnt that her parents were informed and “my men will leave you at Majhigaon village. If I inform any body about it, your mother will be killed”, she has stated.

On September 9, she states, she was left at Baliya-Majhigaon by a red coloured car. There my mother was present. Mother was called by calling her on mobile.Inside the car, there were people carrying guns. After getting down from car, she along with her mother came to her grand maternal mother’s house.

There she informed the family members about what all happened and they came to the police station and filed complaint. The FIR was registered.

No body was arrested till now. “ Inquiry is on”, said the Officer- in- charge of the police station.
