Amit Oraon, a resident of Gumla, was accused of indulging in incidents of violence perpetrated by Maoists.

Masrur Alam, a resident of Hazaribagh, was accused of Eve teasing. 

Both were under trial prisoners who has escaped from the custody of the police and judiciary. The police are running from pillar to post to locate and bring them to justice.

These two under-trial prisoners who had managed to get shifted from Central Jails to RIMS hospital medical ward in Ranchi on medical grounds legally had escaped from RIMS medical ward on Saturday night.

Security men who were deployed to keep vigil over them had reportedly slept. “ Both these under-trial prisoners broke the iron grills and escaped, one after another, from the RIMS hospital campus.
