The IT raids on the premises of two Congress MLA  Anup Singh continued for the second day on Sunday.

These  IT raids started on Friday, two days after the Chief Minister Hemant Soren sought three weeks time from the Enforcement Directorate to appear before it in response to its summon on Wednesday.

Also,the  ED had launched raids at 67 premises of businessmen including Amit Agrawal who is in jail on charges of money laundering. 

Documents seized from the premises of the Congress MLA Anup Singh indicate that his per day income from coal is Rs one crore.

The counting of cash recovered from Singh’s premise was still on, according to unconfirmed report.

Alongside, the documents recovered from another Congress MLA Pradeep Yadav indicate that his daily income from illegal collection and supply of coal was around Rs 50 lakh.
