Police have arrested one West Bengal-based person and recovered a huge cache of detonators from his possession in the Radhipur area of Sahibgunj, Jharkhand.

The person was arrested by police on Monday night. The arrested accused is Rezul Karim alias Kiran Sheikh who is a resident of Notani Gangodda village of WB. He was sent to jail today.

On a tip-off, a police team headed by ASI Arun Thakur intercepted a bike / WB 54J-5742 carrying a plastic bag containing a bag of 1900 pieces of detonators. The cops chased the bike, nabbed the culprit, and recovered the detonators.
