After more than 400 chickens died in the last five days in the government poultry farm located in Sector 12 of Bokaro district in Jharkhand, the cause has been attributed to 
Bird Flu.

Who examined it? A Kolkata lab. Soon, state government responded saying it is aware of it.

“The death of the chickens prompted the district animal husbandry department to raise an alert”, said a report quoting one officer.
