The three- day visit of President Draupadi Murmu to Jharkhand, beginning Wednesday ended today.
President Murmu had come to this state at the invitation of heads of three different institutions - Jharkhand High Court, Union Tribal Ministry and IIIT. Her statements recorded during the past three days indicate that “Jharkhand” is President Murmu’s favourite state.
Also by attending the above three main events, she has sent a message that the development of higher judiciary, tribal entrepreneurs and technical education are prime issues of concern for her.
Another point to take note is the successful execution of administrative and security measures that ensured President Murmu’s three- day visit to Ranchi and Khunti passed off peacefully.
As President Murmu climbed the stairs of the Indian Airforce aircraft to fly to New Delhi, she appeared joyous even as Jharkhand Governor C.P. Ramachandra tan and Chief Minister Hemant Soren waived hands, jointly giving honourable good bye to her.
