Businessmen Vishnu Agarwal involved in the Ranchi Land Scam who was called by the Enforcement Directorate for questioning today failed to turn up.

Vishnu Agarwal failed to appear before the agency on the ground that he was busy performing puja at home. 

Prior to this, in response to first summon, Businessmen had cited “ill health” for not appearing in the court on July 17.

Sources say Vishnu Agarwal may be arrested  by the ED now.

Agarwal is accused of buying one care of land illegally with the help of fake documents. The Enforcement Directorate has arrested many people involved in the case including IAS Officers. 

Many people have helped the Businessmen Vishnu Agarwal in getting the access for this land by submitting fake documents. He will be summoned again for questioning soon.
